2022 SHIPPING UPDATE! PLEASE READ!
Due to the holidays and the stress they put on FedEx and the increase of lost and damaged packages, all shipping for the 2022 year are closed. Shipping will begin to open back up mid to late January and will depend on our weather from there. That being said, I will still sell animals and will hold them until the weather is right. I would need full payment of the animal (minus shipping until closer to time) which would be non-refundable in the event of a back out during the wait. Am willing to work out payment plans during that time, just send a message and we can figure it out.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
All animals posted are guaranteed healthy upon arrival. If the animal has any issues upon arrival, you can send it back at my cost for a refund. Pictures must be provided of issues! If an illness happens after, if a veterinarian claims it to be something congenital or an issue that started here, I will speak personally with the vet and issue a refund if the issue is proven to be from me.
If you are not at the place of delivery when FedEx arrives, the health guarantee is null and void. You MUST be home. Am willing to send more photos of an animal of interest and even parents upon request.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is done MONDAYS ONLY through FedEx Express Overnight between 40F-85F with an insulated box and the appropriate temperature control pack. Please send me your zip with your inquiry and I will send you the quote. Usually it is between $50-$80.
It is very unlikely I will ship any other day due to work. This is also to help reduce as much stress on the animal prior to shipping as possible. It is very hard on me and the animals to try shipping while at my place of work.
PAYMENT PLANS:
I accept payment plans with a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This is so if for whatever reason a buyer must back out of buying the animal, my time and resources are paid for for the time the gecko was unlisted. Any payments made after the deposit would be refunded if for whatever reason the buyer backs out. Payments must be completed by the time the animal reaches shipping weight or within 30 days of the start of the plan unless otherwise discussed.
I do make deals/doscounts on multiple animals. Just let me know which ones you are interested in and I'll give you a price.
GENDER DISCLAIMER FOR GECKOS:
Gender is not guaranteed when younger. If a gecko is listed TSF or TSM, I can not guarantee that is what it will turn out to be. Mack snows in particular are known to not follow temp sexing. I am not responsible if you do not get your intended gender. That is a buyer's risk.
