Store Policy
Payment Methods: I accept most common forms of payment, including: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App and Money Orders / Certified Checks. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final with the exception of the off chance of a DOA. If this occurs, I must be notified within 1 hour of the delivery/pick up time for a full refund. If I am not notified in time, a replacement animal will be offered. If a buyer decides to back out last minute, you are subject to losing up to 50% of payments/final price depending on the duration and value. Please make sure you're able to fulfill your order before sending any payments/starting plans.
Payment Plans: I offer payment plans on a case by case basis but *won't* offer plans on animals under $500. On higher valued animals I can be more flexible so message me and let me know what works for you and we can go from there. A 25% *non refundable* deposit is required to hold any animal. The balance will be due within 14-90 days depending on value and will be discussed and agreed upon before deposit is made.
Health Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival. I guarantee all animals that are sent out leave my place healthy and shipped per FedEx's rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to pickup animal immediately after home delivery or within 6 hours of hub delivery time. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured (I will ask for numerous photos and video) within 24 hours of delivery, a replacement animal will be offered. I am not responsible for animal temperment.
Shipping Guarantee: I ship FedEx Priority Overnight HUB TO HUB for all of my animals. Cost of shipping varies based on zip code/package size. Shipping is done Tuesdays/Wednesdays WEATHER PERMITTING hub to hub *only.* I try to avoid residential shipments as much as possible as the animal is a lot safer sitting in a temperature controlled building than riding on an uninsulated truck. The safety of the animal is top priority and I will not compromise that to get your animal to you faster. I will not issue a refund for impatient buyers. The animal will be taken care of and fed the same at my place until it's safe to ship to you. I guarantee all animals to arrive safe and in good health, but on my own accord. I will not be pressured into sending animals out when weather conditions are not safe on *both ends* (plus mid sorting facility) so please keep that in mind when buying in the dead of winter.
Ad Photo Guarantee: All of my animals listed are the exact animals shown in the ad. I do my absolute best to get those photos to represent the animals as accurately as possible.
Advertised Weight Guarantee: All weights are accurately documented and ads are updated as frequently as possible. Animals will not be less than 20% margin of error of the advertised weight.
Sex Guarantee: I guarantee all of my animals to be properly sexed. If a mistake on my end occurs, I must be notified within 7 days from receiving your animal. Please double check the sex of your animal upon arrival.
Genetic Guarantee: Recessives and Hets are always 100% guaranteed. However, with the ever growing complexity of the combinations I am making it is hard to ID some animals with 100% accuracy when stacking numerous genes. I do my best to ID animals as accurately as I can and will get outside opinions when needed.
