Store Policy
MOST importantly, you must be 18 or older to purchase any animals from us, and please feel free to message us with any questions at all! Thank you for considering us!
Payments are accepted credit card & debit cards can be processed, U.S. Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Paypal, square and Personal checks are also welcome with a minimum 2 week holding period to clear. Reptiles can be held for a 20% non refundable deposit (a min payment of $50)
Shipping costs are not included in the posting price and must be additionally calculated as shipping to different locations can yield a different cost. No refunds.
We do not hold or ship without a payment to a min payment of $50. Then the reptile will be held for 30 days and balance must be paid at 30 days, deposits are none refundable but can be transferred to a different purchase with notice and agreement.
Payment plans are welcome on orders over $100
We do not discount for tail nips as they occasionally happen and do not affect the quality of the dragon. Full body photos are provided and dragons are delivered as shown in photos. We do not guarantee the sex on any dragon under 6 months of age.
We see our customers as an extension of our family and hope that after the purchase of a reptile through us they will continue to stay in touch and keep us updated on the growth/development of that reptile for the life of the reptile.
