I am a small hobby breeder mainly working with Phelsuma, Uroplatus and other gecko species.
Store Policy
I mainly operate my business through in-person transactions. In person transactions mean that I only accept cash for any given reptile and other items. I may accept PayPal by way of good and services (business) but this will be addressed on a case by case basis. I also do not accept trades unless otherwise specified. Once I am able get my business fully up and running I will offer shipping. I want to know the ins and outs of shipping before attempting to send any animals.
*I will only ship to Fedex Shipping Centers and not to directly to your home. Animals may sit on a truck for hours during transit and that is not safe for the animals. This also also increases the probability that the animal arrives DOA. If an animal does arrive DOA please contact me as soon as possible with picture proof.*
If anything goes wrong within the first 24 hours, I need to know this as soon as possible. I would NEVER sell any animals I believe to be sick or special needs. (unless explicitly specified) If you're having issues with an animal please let me know that way we can come to a resolution.
Any potential buyer must be 18 years or older to purchase an animal from me.
There are no refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances that would warrant a refund.
