Store Policy
All Deposits are non refundable and can be made via bank transfer, we can offer 3 month payment plans on animals over £500. All agreements must be kept to unless agreed otherwise. Not keeping to all agreements could leave to me cancelling the sale and refunding your money, except your deposit. This is a very last option and will be only be done in necessary cases.
Deposits will be 25% of total cost and are non refundable.
Delivery via reptile courier or by myself if local. No collections
