YES ITS TIME!!!! Payment plans are in place starting now, I require a 50% non refundable in cash (credit only) deposit on the total of the sale. Payments must be made in a timely manner and once animal is payed in full, shipping can be arranged. Payment plans on animals of $250 or higher value.
A 90 day maximum will be enforced, unless weather delays shipping ie. cold weather etc. once you hit the 90 day mark all funds paid in will be forfeited and animal will be resold. NO EXCEPTIONS. The day the down payment is made is Day #1.
Once you enter into a payment plan please be sure you want and intend to pay for the animal(s) in full as this is a contract between you, the buyer, and me, the seller. Buyers remorse does not constitute a refund. Payment plans are for the full priced amount of the animal!
All transactions will be verified before sale is finished, this means we will ask for license verification as well as address. We will not ship to a HOME and will only ship to a hub. IF YOU WANT SHIPPING TO HOME OR ANY PLACE BESIDES A FEDEX HUB, AISREPTILES/PIEDTOPIA WILL NOT GUARANTEE LIVE ARRIVAL!!!!

IF SHIPPING TO A THIRD PARTY WHETHER IN THE EVENT OF AN EXPORT OR SOMEONE OTHER THEN THE BUYER THEMSELVES RECEIVING THE ANIMAL AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS, AISREPTILES/PIEDTOPIA WILL ONLY GUARANTEE THE ARRIVAL OF THAT SAID ANIMAL AND NO FURTHER GUARANTEE IS PROVIDED.
In the event of a return for any reason, the price of the animal will only be refunded, shipping and handling will NOT be refunded.
BUYER HAS 24 HOURS TO REPORT ANY ISSUES, DISLIKES, PROBLEMS WITH THE ANIMAL. IF ANIMAL IS TAKEN TO A THIRD PARTY WITH OUT CONSENT FROM THE SELLER, AISREPTILES/PIEDTOPIA IS RESOLVED OF ALL LIABILITY.
