Store Policy
LIVE ARRIVAL
Alamo City Reptiles guarantees BPs to arrive alive and healthy. All guarantees are provided that orders shipped to an airport or FedEx hub be picked up promptly, and someone is present to receive the package when shipped to your door. We do not guarantee live arrival on door-to-door shipments during extreme temperatures under 45 or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit unless stated otherwise. We strive to ensure your shipment arrives healthy and safely. We use Ship Your Reptiles and will only ship on Monday thru Wednesday. If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 2 hours of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay. Full insurance is extra at $2.50/$100 purchase price from SYR.
For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within an hour of delivery.

**First time customers will be required to show photo ID on purchases exceeding $1000. Shipping address must match your PayPal address and the address listed on your photo ID.**
PAYMENT
Customers must be 18 years old (or older). In the case of someone <18 years old, you must have proof of purchase permission from a legal guardian.
Alamo City Reptiles accepts Paypal, Cashapp, Zelle, cash, cashier checks, money orders, wire transfers, and accept all major credit/debit cards.
DEPOSITS
Alamo City Reptiles will accept a 20% deposit to place an animal on hold. That deposit is non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLANS
Alamo City Reptiles will do payment plans on orders $300.00 or more (not including shipping)
To start the payment plan process, we require a minimum of 20% of the total price due as a down payment. After receiving the 20% down payment, we mark the animal(s) as sold and you make payments until it’s paid in full. You pay as you can until the animal is paid in full at which time we arrange shipping. *We will never under any circumstances ship an animal out before it is paid in full.* The payment plan duration is adjustable as every situation is unique. Please note, when doing a payment plan there will be no refunds on money collected throughout the payment plan.
**Multi-animal and return customer discounts may also be available on a case by case basis.**
Alamo City Reptiles reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason.
