Store Policy
We use Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp for ways of payment.We use Ship Your Reptile for all shipments. We offer short term payment plans. Shipping to FedEx hub for pick up. We guarantee live arrival. All shipments must be picked up at a FedEx hub or guarantee is nullified. You must pick up animal(s) within two hours or guarantee is nullified. If the incorrect shipping information is provided, guarantees are nullified. Shipping will only proceed during proper weather. Please inspect animal as soon as you receive it. Any concerns with animal(s) please contact us immediately. If you do have concerns with the health or appearance of the animal(s) and want to send it back within the 24 hours of receiving it, a store credit or replacement animal(s) can be issued, minus the shipping cost. ALA reptiles is not responsible for the shipping costs of the animal to come back to us or the new animal going out. All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. The animal must be shipped back to us priority over night through FedEx and shipped the same way we shipped to you, using Ship Your Reptiles. The animal(s) must arrive alive and in the same condition we sent to you for the guarantee, if not the guarantee is nullified. If we have not heard from you within 24 hours of you receiving your shipment, we will consider your transaction complete and all responsibility is transferred to the purchaser. We guarantee all animal(s) are healthy and eating upon shipping. ALA Reptiles is not responsible for any future health issues regarding your recent purchase. We are here and always happy to help but we are not responsible for any health or veterinary expenses or death after the 24 hour guarantee.
If your reptile is DOA, a full refund will be issued back, you must notify us within two hours upon receiving your reptile. You must send pictures and videos of the animal(s) on their backs dead. The time will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. An email or text message with a photo of the reptile(s) you purchased must be received within the notify time frame or all guarantees are nullified.
We do not guarantee animals temperament as shipping and going to a new environment can cause animals to be defensive. ALA Reptiles is also not responsible or liable for any injuries associated with the purchased reptiles from us and all responsibility is transferred over to buyer as soon as receipt of pick up is made. We do not offer refunds because you change your mind, don't want to wait for safe shipping conditions, can't complete your payment plan, don't want the animal(s) any more etc.
Please know your state and local laws before purchasing from ALA Reptiles. ALA Reptiles is not responsible or liable for you not knowing your state and local laws regarding what animals are permitted and not responsible for any consequences for such activities.
Payments and deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the animal(s) as agreed upon.
Our store policy is in place to prevent any fraud or scams from happening. We are happy to be able to provide you with a healthy new pet, where you can get help and advice for the lifetime of your pet.
