Store Policy
We accept Zelle and cash for transactions at this time, we are no longer accepting PayPal as an option due to their change in policy. We ship out Monday through Thursday.
1. We do not hold any animals without a 25% non-refundable deposit.
2. You MUST be living in a LEGAL area for whatever species you are purchasing from us, know your local laws, if we are suspicious of this we will call your local Game and Fish Department to confirm the species is legal to own. We do not export out of the United States.
3. Payment must be paid in full before shipment. If we have contracted a payment plan, you must complete payment fully in the allotted time of the contracted payment plan that both parties had agreed upon. If the payment is not made full by the allotted time, the contract is void, and the animal goes back up and you lose your 25% non-refundable deposit.
4. Make sure your shipping address is accurate, if your address is incorrect we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your animal.
5. All animals will be shipped in correctly marked, insulated boxes priority over night and held at a FedEx Hub for pickup with a signature required. Cyropaks and heated packs will be used when weather permits.
6. Make sure to send us updated weather reports/screen shots the week of shipping. We will only ship if weather permits for the safety of the animal.
7. If you have concerns regarding an animal that you have received from us post shipping (that we have not discussed already), reach out to us immediately with a video or photos of your concern. If you wait after 3-4 hours post shipment we can no longer abide by our policy.
8. We do not guarantee the sex of animals.
