Policy
FedEx has no liability on live or perishable shipments, ever - they will not pay out on late, lost, damaged, or DOA shipments! We offer our own insurance up to $10,000 on eligible shipments in the event your animal arrives late or late and DOA through no fault of your own (i.e. everything was shipped in accordance with our Shipping and Temperature Guidelines).
