Please Read the following Terms and make sure to ask any questions or concerns you may have beforehand. Please Note That All Sales Are Final and There Will Be No Refunds. (Unless the Health of the animal is jeopardized) DISCLAIMER: Gecko tail drops do not qualify as a health concern. No refund will be permitted due to a tail drop.
*Side Note* If we have a promotion going on, in order to receive that discount it must be mentioned. Keep in touch with all social media platforms!
RESPECT/RIGHTS
We will always try our best to work with any and all customers, but all we ask in return is that there is respect on both ends. We will not tolerate any rude individuals, and we will reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason. We will not work with an individual that does not attempt to comply. Our Policy is Subject to Change as we deem necessary!
DEPOSIT
Deposits are required prior to placing an animal on hold. All deposits will be 25% of the total.
HOLDS
When placing any animal on Hold, a deposit must be given up front before the animal can be held. Once an animal is placed on Hold, we ask that you are patient until the temps are safe on both ends.
*This only applies to payment plans. To place an animal on hold without being charged interest, it would need to be paid in full.*
TEMPERATURE
We will not be shipping Below 65 Degrees and Above 85 Degrees. (We would need your permission and can’t guarantee live arrival incase of low/high temps & delays)
SHIPPING
Shipping will only be available Monday – Thursday (We Do Not Ship Weekends)
We Care for the safety of our animals and due to COVID delays we do not want to risk the health of our animals! (We Only Ship To The Hub)
WE DO NOT SHIP TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES
PAYMENT PLAN
*For All Payment plans there will be a specific percentage charged from the Total Cost*
1K and Under (10%)
Length of Payment Plan: 1 Month (30 Days)
1.5K - 5K (8%)
Length of Payment Plan: 2 Months (60 Days)
5.5K and Up (6%)
Length of Payment Plan: 3 Months (90 Days)
When placing an animal(s) on hold, we will discuss the due date for the total remaining balance to be paid in advance. If the amount is not paid in full by the time the Due Date arrives, we will charge a $50 fee for an extension of One (Week) MAX. NOTE- that if the buyer does not get in contact with us by the time the due date arrives we will give them a 24 hour period (MAX) to contact us and after that we will remove the hold and stay with the amount that has already been paid and relist the animal.
PAYMENT METHOD
Cash App / Zelle / Venmo / PayPal
•PayPal will only be accepted if paid by “friends and family” we need the funds prior to shipping out any and all animal(s)
***If PayPal G&S is a must then we require a photo of your DL(Drivers License) and that you release the funds before we send out any reptiles.*** Fees will also need to be paid by you the buyer. No Exceptions.

Added Note: Only the Buyer can pick up the package(When using G&S) once again No Exceptions. We hope that you understand that our TOS are in place to prevent fraudulent transactions.
SEXING
When purchasing an animal please know that we try our best to accurately sex all animals, but if an animal is to young to sex we will not be able to give a Guaranteed Sex, we will only give a probability of what the gender might be.
PICK UP
Upon Arrival we must be informed within the first 30 minutes that the animal is safe and there are no concerns. Via Text, Phone, or Email
*It is the Buyers Responsibility to be at the Hub on Time to Pick Up the Animal(s)*
