Store Policy
Shipping: Inquire by giving us the zip code the intended package is going too. We will always prefer packages be held for pickup @ you're closest FedEx hub every time.
Home Delivery is of course optional, weather permitted of course. We require a signature for all orders.
The Name on the payment method must match up to the person receiving the package, as FedEx will require that signature to sign for the package at the time of drop off to you. You will be required to be home the day they deliver and sign for it. This is non-negotiable.
We only ship out Mon-Weds weather permitted for next day delivery. We reserve the right to postpone shipments due to extreme weather, schedules, and medical emergencies. We will NOT ship an animal in poor conditions or last minute outside of our policy because someone is impatient. We also do not blindly ship animals to just anyone who wants it without talking with you some and getting a feel for who you are. Our animals well-being comes first to us and that's just not how we operate here..

We do not ship animals until we receive full payment & shipping. We will receive a tracking number at the time of drop off, which we will send to you so you can track as well. Please beware delays can suddenly happen, it's not always common, but can happen with any package from anyone. We do our best on our end to assure things go smoothly and the animal arrives as safely as possible. As part of our policy, it is our request that you take a picture of both the package before opening & some after of the box and animal and send them to us within the first hour, so that we know all went smoothly. This protects not both parties but helps should a issue arise with FedEx.
