About
I started keeping fish and working at "fish stores"/pet shops in high school and again in college. My first reptile however was a ball python in 2001 and I have been a hobbyist ever since. A few years ago I decided to start a couple ball python breeding projects and needless to say, after that first clutch I was hooked. Here at American Alleles I strive to take my passion and knowledge I have developed over the years to produce high quality and healthy animals. As a small batch breeder I am particularly careful to give my projects direction and hope you will see that translate into some beautiful animals that can be plugged into projects of your own or into some amazing display animals. If you have any questions feel free to reach out out and I will help in anyway I can or point you in the right direction if needed. I love this hobby and these animals and hope we can grow this community even larger by spreading knowledge and enthusiasm.
Store Policy
Our prices do not include shipping unless specifically noted. Typical shipping costs run $50-$75 dollars depending on size or quantity of animals shipped. We use Fed EX Overnight to anywhere in the lower 48 states. Signature is required at time of delivery.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
We guarantee that all animals will arrive to your door healthy and alive as long as someone is there to accept delivery for and sign for the animal on the first delivery attempt. Guarantee is void if someone is not there to accept the animal at the first delivery attempt. In the event that an animal does arrive to you d.o.a., you need to contact us immediately and provide photo evidence of said animal. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement animal is unavailable.
• We will not ship any animal before a delivery date is confirmed with you first. We also reserve the right to delay shipment in the event inclement weather is predicted. We only ship live animals if the temperature is between 30 and 90 degrees. Heat packs and cold packs will be placed in shipments deemed appropriate to ensure the health and wellbeing of the animal.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal, Venmo. Payment plans may be available, but no animal will be shipped before full payment is received, message me for further information.
