Store Policy
Buyer is expected to monitor provided tracking of animal being shipped and make arrangements for immediate acceptance of such. If buyer is unable to guarantee they will be available to take possession of animal at time of delivery, they will notify seller prior to making payment and before completing the sale, to discuss possibilities of making arrangements for alternative pickup, in example: carrier facility holds. To ensure compliance on buyers part of shipment acceptance rule and the safety of the animal given the delicacy of temperature requirements of most amphibians I offer, seller only guarantees Live delivery of the animal if buyers contacts/ attempts to contact by proof of messaging seller within ONE HOUR of package acceptance of pickup or package carrier time stamp. Seller offers NO warranty past Live delivery. It is the buyers obligation to throughly research animal care, including habitat/housing required temperature and feeding prior to purchase. Furthermore seller will not knowingly sell, import/export any animal against known state and local laws of buyer. However, it also the responsibility of buyer to research their individual state and local laws PRIOR to purchase. Seller will not refund the buyer after animal ships, or accept returns due to buyer negligence to research or comply with such laws. If buyer is unclear on any seller/store policy, they are required to contact seller for clarification prior to purchase. “IMPORTANT PLEASE READ” . In the unlikely event of DOA ( (dead on arrival) buyer is NOT to dispose of expired animal, seller requires deceased animal, Axolotls, invertebrate, to be sent back to the seller BEFORE any refund is issued. This is for verification of seller ownership and for insurance purposes, it is required before seller can recover price of animal. Failure to do so will result in the live arrival guarantee to be NULL and VOID. There will be NO exceptions for any reason to this policy. Again, NO refunds will be issued until buyer returns deceased animal and determination of death investigated. It is the sellers right to request hold for pickup to guarantee Live arrival. If the buyer chooses to go against seller recommendation of hold for pickup they do so at their own risk, and Live arrival guarantee is Null and void. If it is determined buyer is at fault for demise, example buyer does not pickup animal from holding hub same day they arrive, or is not home to accept package when delivered, Live arrival is NULL and VOID.
