Store Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US
All of our Crested Geckos are fed an assortment of Pangea and fed minerall dusted crickets once a week. All prices do not include shipping unless stated in the ad.
LIVE ARRIVAL AND GUARANTEE:
•Four day health guarantee on all reptiles we sell. Live arrival guarantee will be voided if not contacted within an hour of package arrival. If not present at time of delivery and the package is either left or brought back on the delivery truck due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, live arrival guarantee is then void. If picking up at a FedEx hub all packages must be picked up within two hours of packages arrival at said hub. If it’s been over two hours live arrival guarantee is then voided. In the off chance the reptile arrives DOA, AMReptiles must be contacted immediately, and provided a clear picture and video. Then we would discuss a refund or a replacement animal of your choice equal to the amount of the animal or less than what was originally purchased. We do not refund the cost of shipping. Our four day health guarantee is void if there is any negligence on the purchasers behalf (ei. Animal attack such as cat, dog or any other animal) Also if purchaser does not provide proper housing and temperatures the health guarantee is then void. So please do your research and buy the proper setup before planning on purchasing a reptile!
•We pride ourselves in our shipment packaging and quality however in the event of a gecko dropping its tail (which is beyond our control anyway because we all know not every fedex driver is 100% careful with EVERY box they handle), we will not offer a refund of any kind in the event that this would happen.
•We ship only when the weather is between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit and use Reptiles2You. We ship Monday through Wednesday only (No exceptions). We can ship internationally however buyer is responsible to locate an broker, we are responsible for getting those reptiles to them. Once received and all animals are healthy, we are not responsible after delivery to broker and all our guarantees are then void.
•We offer winter holds and ship when the appropriate weather is available (above 40 degrees Fahrenheit) AMReptiles will keep you updated on your animal every 1-2 weeks
PAYMENT PLAN INFORMATION:
If you wish to do a payment plan on a desired reptile, a requirement of a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of total cost (including shipping) is needed before placing a reptile on hold. Then the remaining balance would be due by four weeks of when the deposit was received. Failure to pay in due time will cause your deposit to be forfeited.
SEX GUARANTEE:
Unless stated in the ad as male or female, all possible, probable, and pore sexed animals are an educated guess and not guaranteed.
