About
We are a small family-owned ball python breeder. We have 10-20 breeding females focusing on quality over quantity. We are primarily working with recessive morphs such as Pied, Lavender albino, VPI Axanthic, DG.
Store Policy
Payment Methods: We accept Venmo, PayPal and Zelle payments.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Payment plans: Payment plans are available on any sales over $250. Initial deposit should be above 25% of the price.
* Animals between $250 and $500, 30 days, with balance due within 30 days of initial deposit.
* Animals between $500 and $1000, 60 days, with balance due within 60 days of initial deposit.
* Animals priced over $1000, 90 days, with balance due within 90 days of initial deposit.
Holds: 25% deposit is required to hold an animal. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Shipping: Shipping on all our animals is $50-$75. We ship using FedEx priority overnight Monday through Wednesday. To ensure safety of all animals, shipping temp in the departure and arrival destinations should be above freezing and below 90 degrees. We will work with all buyers to determine the best time to ship your animal. Any issue with animals should be reported to us within 2 hours upon arrival. In the event of a DOA, the animal must be preserved and we reserve the right to request video proof or to have the animal shipped back before issuing a refund.
Guarantees: All animals purchased from us are healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed. All genetics are guaranteed. All “hets” are 100% hets unless otherwise noted (i.e. possible het, 66% het, or 50% het).
Issues: it is our goal that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and the purchase process. If you have any issues or concerns, please reach out to us directly and we’ll be happy to address it on a case by case basis.
