Terms of Sale
By purchasing a reptile from Andromeda Reptiles, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions listed below.

Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a gecko. A gecko is not held until payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable. So make sure you really want the gecko beforehand, because if you change your mind then you will lose your deposit.
I accept payment plans and would prefer them to be paid off within 4-6 weeks.
You must state when you are going to make payments in advance. If you fail to make payments and no communication has been made, then the animal will be marked as available again. Once you have paid for the animal then the full amount is non-refundable and the sale is final except under special circumstances such as replacement is required with valid reason.

Shipping
The courier I recommend is Reptimove. You can arrange it yourself or I can do it for you. Bare in mind most couriers run on a monthly basis but there are overnight ones available at a higher cost. You are liable for the courier fee.

Health and Sex Guarantee
I guarantee all animals offered for sale are healthy and eating. There is a 7 days health guarantee on all animals but that does not cover injuries/sickness due to improper care or you losing your animal. You need to notify me of the arrival of your reptile so that I'm aware it has arrived safely and you are happy with it. Any new animals should be quarantined away from any other reptiles you own for a minimum of 4 weeks.
Sex is guaranteed only on geckos specifically marked male or female. Anything marked as TSM or TSF means it has been incubated for male/female but that does not guarantee the sex of the gecko. In the very unlikely event that your animal is dead on arrival, contact needs to be made within two hours. A photographic proof will be required. No compensation will be offered in the event of a dropped tail.

NOT COVERED BY OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE: Conditions that result from poor husbandry, dehydration, tail loss, choking/impaction from substrate or feeder insects that were too large, burns, and injury resulting from accidents or overheating, or if the reptile escapes then that is the customer's responsibility.

Andromeda Reptiles have the right to refuse a sale or cancel a transaction before it is completed. If a replacement is necessary we reserve the right to replace the animal with a similar animal that is of equal value. If the animal cannot be replaced, a full refund will be given or credit towards another purchase, depending on the circumstances.

Morph ID
All reptiles will be labelled accordingly and accurately as possible when advertised.
Colour cannot be guaranteed on very young geckos since the colour they show at a young age is not always the colour they end up being as an adult. That being said, I can let the buyer know what colour I believe the gecko will be but even then it is not guaranteed as they can change significantly as they grow.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
