Store Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payments and Deposits:
All animals are sold on a first come first serve basis. All animals offered for sale are produced by us here at out our facility unless otherwise stated. The animal that is pictured in the add will be the exact animal you will receive. Animals are not considered sold until full payment is recieved.
We accept all major credit cards through paypal. We also accept postal money orders and personal checks. All checks and money orders must clear before animal(s) are delivered, picked up or shipped.
Under no circumstances do I offer refunds, just credit towards replacement animal(s). If the exact animal(s) is not available for replacement you will receive credit toward an animal(s) of equal value.
Deposits:
Payment plans are available for purchases of $200 or more. Animal(s) can be put on hold for 30 days with a 25% non-refundable deposit. If the animal(s) are not paid in full within 30 days your deposit will be forfeited and the animal(s) will be put back up for sale.
Guarantee:
All animals are guaranteed to be outwardly healthy, correctly sexed, well established and feeding on their own. All animals offered for sale have fed 5 or more times consecutively on frozen thawed rodents unless otherwise stated.
If there is a problem with the animal(s) you received from us, you must contact us within 24 hours.
Shipping:
We ship our animals via FedEx priority overnight to your door or to the nearest FedEx hub/shipping center to be held for pick up. When shipped to your residence, someone must be home to sign for and except delivery of the animal(s). We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors or acts of nature.
All animals are shipped in insulated boxes with a cold or heat pack when necessary. We only ship animals when the weather is between 40-90 degrees. If the weather is too cold or hot to safely ship your animals, we will gladly hold them and continue to care for them. We will do our best to keep you updated on your animals while we wait for a safe shipping window.
