*Purchaser must be 18 years or older

*Inquiries and sales are processed and taken in the order they are received
*Shipping through Ship your reptiles on Tuesday or Wednesday only to your local Fed Ex hub. Shipping between 40 and 80 degrees. No exceptions.
*We purchase and use the live arrival insurance feature through Ship your reptiles, this is at no additional cost to the buyer.
*Reptiles are packed tightly in order to safely ship during transit. These smaller containers are temporary and only used for shipping.
*Free shipping on orders over $1500
*Shipping only to the lower 48 US states
*Buyer is responsible for all local and state importation permits
*Any issues or dissatisfaction must be reported with in 1 hour of delivery. Photos and a detailed description is required for any possible compensation negotiations.
*Unfortunately tail loss can occur during shipping and while we do our best in packing, we can not guarantee gecko tails during shipping.
