Providing healthy, mid to high-quality geckos. Our goal is to produce geckos with high-end structures, patterns, and colors. Our current projects are focused on dalmatian, super dalmatian, red, yellow, and extreme harlequin morphs.
Store Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE
All purchases are non-refundable excluding DOA’s (Dead on Arrival)!
In case of DOA seller needs to be contacted immediately with photo and video evidence. Purchaser will either be refunded for cost of gecko(s) ONLY not cost of shipping! OR be exchanged for product of equal or lesser value (purchaser must pay shipping).
*Claims for DOA’s must be reported within 4 hours of delivery!*
*Buyer must be 18 or older OR have a parent/guardian consent. It’s buyer’s responsibility to receive package on time on specified delivery date. If this is violated a refund will not be issued!*
*All shipments are sent Monday-Wednesday only!
*All shipments must be priority overnight!
*Animals will only be shipped when weather permits on shipping and receiving end!
Payment plans are accepted under these terms only: 25% (non-refundable) deposit required to hold animal (minimum of $25). Animal must be paid in full within 30 days from the day of deposit. Animal will not ship until paid in full! If something comes up that payment can’t be completed in allotted time, you need to contact me so we can try to work something out (this will be determined situationally).
*As of 2022 all payment will be done through Square only!*
*It’s buyers responsibility to contact me to determine the best day for shipping and provide shipping information (First and Last name, address, phone number, and email.)*
*Once deposit is paid we will not track down customers for payments. If the animal is not paid in full by the due date and we haven’t heard anything from the purchaser the animal will become available again and purchaser will forfeit their funds!*
*There are no refunds should buyer decide they no longer want the animal*
*It’s buyer’s responsibility to contact us within 15 minutes of delivery. This is to confirm package was recieved and to report any issues at that time. If this requirement isn’t met all guarantees are void!*
*We are not responsible for tail drops. Tail drops are something that we can’t control. If an animal drops their tail after your deposit is placed, during shipping, or in your care we are not responsible. A dropped tail does not affect animals health or ability to breed.*
*Sexes labeled as “probable” or “unsexed” are sold with no guarantee. Sexes that are guaranteed will be labeled specifically as male or female.*
*We offer a 5 day guarantee on all of our animals. We ensure that our animals are properly cared for and are ready to move on to new homes. Our guarantee has nothing to do with the care given once out of our hands. This means if something should happen to an animal while under the 5 day guarantee purchaser must provide evidence of housing, temperatures, and food provided. If it’s determined this is inadequete care and led to the death of the animal no refund will be offered!*
*I have the right to refuse a sale at any time!*
