I always loved snakes as a kid but my parents wasn't having that at all. I had snakes but the only way I could keep them was convincing my school to keep them for me. Teachers didn't have a problem because I made the classroom interesting. Fast Forward through life, I got hurt on my job about six years ago and took keep my spirits up I started doing more things I loved and that's working with snakes. I have been using snakes to stay positive ever since.

TERMS OF SERVICE/ SALES/ SHIPPING
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE/ GENETICS/ PRICING/ COMMUNICATION
I guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy under the condition that animals being held at a hub are picked up promptly within two hours and animals shipped to your door are signed for and received on the first delivery attempt. If for some unfortunate reason you receive a DOA animal, it is your responsibility to contact us within an hour. It is your responsibility to provide us with photographic proof the animal is dead. If you need time to get a camera or charge your phone to take a picture etc. Please contact us within the hour to let us know of the DOA, or if the snake has ANY OTHER ISSUES so that your live arrival guarantee and your ability to get a refund or exchange is not void. In the event of a DOA, or any other issues with the snake, if an acceptable replacement is not available a full refund will be given.
TO YOUR DOOR SHIPMENTS
It is the buyer's responsibility to be present to receive the package or designate somebody to be present to receive the package once a shipping date has been agreed upon. I do not guarantee live arrival on shipments to your door. Live arrival guarantee is void on shipments not signed for and not received on the first delivery attempt.
TO YOUR LOCAL HUB SHIPMENTS- It is the buyers responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly, within two hours. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am so live arrival guarantee is void on any packages not picked up within two hours of being available for pickup at the hub, unless stated otherwise.
PROPERLY SEXED
I guarantee that any animal sold as a male or female has been properly sexed to the best of my knowledge. In the event you receive an animal that has been incorrectly sexed, you have 3 hours in receipt of the animal to let us know and we will be glad to provide a shipping label to return the animal. Upon arriving alive and healthy back at our facility and being proven incorrectly sexed a replacement animal will be sent at our cost. If an acceptable replacement is not available then a full refund shall be issued. As a consumer, it is your responsibility to ask adequate questions concerning the animal prior to your purchase. I am not responsible and assume no liability for unseen or unknown issues with the animals sold.
GENETICS
Identifying genetics is not a perfect science. I do not guarantee genetics. As far as hets go, I do guarantee the hets on all snakes that I produce. I am a life student and I learn more as I go in this industry.
PRICING
I reserve the right to change the price of my animals at anytime. Animals age and as an animal age, the price may increase also and I may not notice until time of possible sell. While we prefer Cash App or Zelle. Please contact me for more information on other ways to purchase. Deposits on snakes are NONREFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Thanks for your interest!
TRADES
I do take trades from time to time on some animals when listed. If I accept your trade, it is up to you to send your animals first. Upon inspecting animals and animals have arrived healthy with no issues, we will then send off our animals to complete the trade. If animals received have any issues, it is the sender's responsibility to pay for shipping and any treatment to animal make them better until shipping back.
COMMUNICATION
If you feel the need to text or call for information on a snake, that is not a problem. If you want to communicate about any issues of a purchase, it needs to be done on the message board of our initial contact so Morph Market can properly look over communication in the need we need them as a mediator.
