Asylum Xotics is owned and operated by Brandon Milam. I am a hobbyist breeder who takes pride in high quality designer morphs of Ball Pythons. I am a US Army veteran and have bred and kept snakes of many species for 30 years.
Store Policy
We want to ensure you receive the best animals possible. Your complete satisfaction is dependent on our actions and ability to prevent any problems whether it be with an animal, payment or shipping. Please read the entire Terms of Sale to avoid any confusion. Let us know if you have any questions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms are placed to protect both parties involved.
Live Arrival Guarantee: All our animals are packaged for safe, live delivery with a heat pack or cool pack as necessary via FedEx next day delivery to a local FedEx Ship Center. Live arrival guarantee is void if animal is not picked up within 2 hours of arrival at the agreed upon FedEx Ship Center. Any problems with the box or animal must be reported to FedEx at time of receipt and then immediately to us. In the event of a DOA, the animal must be preserved, and we reserve the right to request video proof or to have the animal shipped back before issuing a refund.
Shipping is done on Tuesday and Wednesday. Live arrival guarantee is only for hub to hub shipments (This is preferred for the animal's safety and wellbeing).
*Absolutely NO REFUNDS unless we cannot provide you with the animal you have chosen.
*Health is guaranteed for 48 hours.
*All recessive traits (50%, 66%, 100% Heterozygous and Homozygous) are guaranteed. Incomplete dominant traits are identified to the best of my ability.
*Sex of the animal is guaranteed for a period of seven days. This means it is the purchaser's responsibility to have the animal checked by either themselves or a trusted party to verify accuracy within seven days of receipt.
*Any non feeding issue needs to be addressed within 30 days to make exchange arrangements if deemed needed. Pictures of setup and proper temp regulations may be requested.
*All prices are subject to change without notice.
