Store Policy
We guarantee all animals for live arrival delivery so long as animals are unboxed within 30 minutes of arrival on video so long as animals are not left in unsafe conditions during that time with proof providing such. We offer 7 days for health guarantees on all uscbb animals with proof of proper set up and care. We do not guarantee gender unless the animal is matured/showing, pictures can and will be sent to buyer via resquest before purchase for the buyers comfortability. However we are always happy to make a professional assessment of what the animals gender most likely is.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DOES SO ADHERENTLY AGREE TO OUR POLICY TERMS UPON TIME OF PURCHASE.
