Shipping
I will ship overnight via FedEx within the contiguous USA on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Shipping supplies such as boxes, containers, insulation, hot packs, and cold packs are included in the shipping cost.
You must be present at the delivery location to receive the package. Guarantee live arrival and 48 hours after. Any issues with animals arriving live must be presented within 30 minutes of pickup/delivery. Pictures of proof of death will be needed for any refunds.
Weather
I reserve the right to refuse any shipment due to weather, the animal’s safety is a top priority. Confirmation of shipment will be agreed upon by both parties once full payment is received.
