About
We love our local clients and the safety of local pickups. Happy to coordinate within reason to coordinate for local pickups. We ship on Tuesday or Wednesday for hub to hub pickup. We started breeding ball pythons and rainbow boas in 1997. We love helping new owners have a great experience with their first new snake. Got out of it mostly for about 20 years to raise 2 legged kids. Still have our original male we got as a hatchling in 1994. We are focused on what we enjoy and our names was inspired by one of our breeder females our Mystic Potion. Are currently working with Pied, Albino, Clown, BEL complex, YB complex, Ultramel, and 8 ball complex. Have some "cool" stuff planned over the next years hoping to share our passion with you.
Store Policy
By purchasing an animal, you are agreeing to our policies and guarantees in their entirety.
1. GUARANTEES: We guarantee the health and sex of every animal sold **PER SPECIFIC POLICY**. See the bottom of our policy for all specific guarantees, including our health guarantee.
2. SHIPPING: We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for next-day arrival TO YOUR LOCAL HUB. For the safety of your animal, shipping will only occur when temperatures are between 40 and 90 degrees in both departing and arriving city. We will not ship a snake until the animal in question has taken at least five consecutive meals. Payments must be made in full including shipping before an animal can be shipped. We always ship to and from hubs for the safety of the animal in question.
3. HOLDS: We are happy to hold an animal for you, but in order to hold we required a 25% non-refundable deposit. Payment plans are done on a case-by-case basis but generally we are happy to work out a payment plan with you. The animal in question must be paid for in full before shipping. If we hold an animal longer than two months due to circumstances on the buyer's end, there will be an additional care fee.
4. You must be 18 years or older to purchase an animal. For purchases over $1,000, we will require proof of ID.
5. If at any point you decide to release an animal bought from us from your possession, whether by circumstance or otherwise, we would be happy to take an animal back from you, even months or years later. All of our animals are companions and pets as well as breeders, so should you decide that an animal is no longer a good fit for you, you can get in contact with us and will only have to pay shipping to send the animal back to us.
6. HEALTH: We guarantee that every animal leaving our collection is healthy, mite-free, and feeding regularly. When the animal is delivered to you, you must send us an update (photo, text, email, etc.) within ONE HOUR of the animal's arrival. This update is what starts our 7-day health guarantee. As long as this update is sent, we will guarantee the health of the animal for seven days after it arrives (barring circumstances related to new owner care), and we are happy to work with you on a return or refund . Should you fail to send an arrival update within one hour, you forfeit the 7-day health guarantee.
