Store Policy
All our animals are 100% healthy and properly sexed
Reservation for an animal is possible for up to 2 months - non-refundable deposit (25% of the snake's listed price) is required.
Animal has to be fully paid 2 days before we ship it.
We do accept bank transfer and PayPal.
The animal has to be collected at the first try, otherwise we can't guarantee the live arrival and no complaints will be accepted.
If there are any problems with the animal, customer has to let us know immediately (exact problem + photos of the animal) and we will work it out as soon as possible.
Later complaints than 24 hours after receiving the animal will not be accepted.
Once the customer receive the snake we are no longer responsible for the snake and the conditions it lives in.
We do stay in contact with our customers. Helping with problems, needs of the animal or any advices.
