Store Policy
Any Failure to read Hot-az-balls Store Policy, whether intentionally or accidentally will under no circumstance be a reason to consider it void.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer. Sales to minors are prohibited. Proof of age may be required at our discretion.
PAYMENT
* We can currently accept payment through Paypal(for return customers), zelle, bank transfer, cash and crypto currency.
Person who is making the payment to us for an animal must match buyers name in order for a sale to happen through us.
* We do accept payment plans/holding of a reptile with a 25% Non refundable deposit. The remaining amount must be paid within 1 to 60 days depending on the agreement reached between Hot-az-balls and the buyer
* Payments and deposits If for any reason the customer is unable to finish the payment plan they automatically forfeit the deposit. However any other payments may be used towards the purchase of a different available animal. There are no cash refunds unless we are unable to supply the animal.
* A fee of $10.00/Weekly will be charged for feeding, housing, and maintenance until ship day.
SHIPPING
* Animals must be paid in full before they are shipped. Reptiles are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight ONLY through SYR. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping is only available when the weather is between 40F and 90F at shipping and arrival destination hub.
* we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by fedex as we have no control over the shipping process once it leaves our hands.
* Shipping is a flat rate of $75 for hatchlings and $120 for sub adults/adults to the local fedex hub.
* All animals have a live arrival guarantee. In the case of a DOA or other health issue upon delivery the buyer has 2hrs to notify Hot-az-balls of any issues with the animal. The buyer may be required to return the animal or provide pictures/video at the sellers request before any refunds/credits are issued.
* If delivery fails on the first attempt and/or the buyer did not contact Hot-az-balls within 2 hours with any issues all guarantees are void.
* Our guarantee does not cover buyer's remorse so please think carefully before you buy we charge a 25% fee on all returned animals and do not cover return shipping or refund original shipping costs.
* All animals are sexed properly and genetics listed are correct.
* Hot-az-balls is not responsible for any treatments or veterinary expenses incurred by the buyer. If you treat or take the reptile to a veterinarian, you do so entirely at your own expense.
* Hot-az-balls reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
