Our responsibility at Bankrupt Reptiles is to provide you as the customer with a quality reptile and a full disclosure of what you are purchasing. Every reptile we sell is guaranteed to arrive healthy and properly sexed. However, due to the growing number of co-dominate genes being proven we can no longer 100% guarantee the genetics of our reptiles. We do our best to theoretically I.D. and consult other trusted breeders to ensure you are getting the best description of the reptile. When we theorize the I.D. of a reptile we always under guess the genetics and never deliberately mislabel the genetics listed. We still guarantee all reptiles labeled as 100% het that we produce.
We accept payments via Square Invoice, Venmo, Cash App, all major Credit/ Debit cards, and/or Cash for local pickups.

Payment plans are available for purchases of $500 or greater for a period of 30 days unless otherwise specified. All deposits and payments made towards the purchase of a reptile(s) are nonrefundable. A minimum deposit of 25% will be required to place a reptile(s) on hold. If a buyer is unable to complete a payment plan by the agreed upon date, all payments made will automatically transfer to store credit and said reptile(s) will be marked available for sale. Buyer has (6) months to use store credit from the termination of said contract or all monies and deposits will be forfeited. *Payment Plans are Not Available on Auction Wins. Auction wins must be paid in full within 24 hours of the end of the Auction*
***Shipping***
We ship via FedEx priority Monday- Wednesday. Temperatures need to be above 38° and below 92° to safely ship. In the event of unsafe to weather we will care for your reptile at no additional charge until it is safe to ship.
We prefer to ship directly to a FedEx hub for pick up in order to help guarantee live arrival. A valid photo ID is required for hub pickup. The buyer must pick up their shipment from the FedEx location within 2 hours of arrival. Failure to pick up any shipment within 2 hours of arrival null and voids the live arrival guarantee. If your reptile arrives DOA (dead on arrival) or the box is damaged please contact us with in 1 hour of delivery otherwise buyer the assumes all liability. Bankrupt Reptiles reserves the right to require proof of DOA or damage upon notification of claim. Methods of proof are listed but not limited to pictures, video, and/or veterinarian documentation. If a DOA claim is deemed valid, a credit will be issued for the value of the reptile(s) that were purchased. Due to delayed shipments we cannot guarantee live arrival door shipments, buyer assumes all risk/liability associated with this shipment method.
By purchasing a reptile(s) or entering into a payment plan the customer agrees to all terms and conditions above.
