Refunds: Will only be given if any frogs are DOA, given that we are contacted immediately upon pickup. Pictures will be additional needed showing proof of DOA.
Shipping: One-Day Shipping; (FedEx / UPS)
Note: Packages will be shipped in white boxes, including labels, 2 Inch foam padding, sphagnum moss and secure animal containers.
