Store Policy
TERMS
No animal is considered sold until payment is received. A non-refundable, 25% deposit will hold any animal for 30 days. Payment plans are available and must be agreed to beforehand. All monies paid(including but not limited to the deposit and payments) are non-refundable.
We only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. No exceptions. The safe arrival of our/your animals is our most important goal.
Live arrival is guaranteed with temps above 40 degrees and below 90 degrees on both ends. Package must be signed for on first delivery attempt or guarantee is void.
Animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed and as described. Genetics are guaranteed for life. Sex must be verified within 30 days of delivery.
