Store Policy
Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 20% deposit and the balance within 30-60 days. Please inquire about plan that is specific this animal. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. If Seller goes 14 days or more without a response to buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to buyer alive and in good health condition.
4. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx's rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 4 hours of hub delivery.
8. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
10. Under no circumstances will we ship a snake without payment in full! We accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and Credit Cards via PayPal. All funds must clear our bank before the payment is considered complete. 11. If buyer fails to make contact with seller, within 3 days after the seller has been trying to contact the buyer(post shipping), the seller is no longer responsible for loss, DOA of the animal, or refund. The seller will always need to be in contact with buyer if needed,due to a issue with shipment. This way, it allows buyer/seller to resolve issue.
