My name is Aaron my friends call me Beast, a passion for reptiles, I've been a reptile keeper for nearly 20 years. Health of the animal is top priority. I started just as anyone else with maintaining different reptile species and was drawn into the hobby with all the different beautiful morphs.
Store Policy
Shipping: We will only ship in temps of 30 to 90 degrees.
We prefer to ship to FedEx ship center rather than to your doorstep whenever possible, it's less stressful on the animal.
Live arrival guaranteed only if signed for within 6 hours of arrival at ship center, or first delivery attempt at home, if you miss the delivery you will need to pick up from the hub at end of day and the live arrival guarantee will be void, this is why we prefer the hub pickup, it's safer!
Payment: We accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, we can process credit card payments through PayPal as well.
Flexible payment plans can be arranged! And reasonable offers are always welcome! We can work out a payment plan on ANY animal regardless of the price, longer term plans can also be arranged on more expensive animals with structured payments.
All payments are non refundable. We can hold any animal through winter, animal will be fed weekly.
We guarantee the sex for the life of the animal, check sex within 48 hours for a return, after that window we will do partial refund. (Sex mistake is highly unlikely).
We guarantee recessive genetics, as multi gene animals can be tricky, we will do our best to accurately represent all incomplete dominant traits in animals listed.
We guarantee health for 14 days, any concerns must be brought to our attention within this time, husbandry is up to you as the new pet owner so make sure you have what you need to care for your new pet before receiving, failure to properly house your animal with correct husbandry will result in a failure for your animal to thrive. There are tons of videos on YouTube on how to properly care for a hatchling ball python.
Testing: We guarantee our animals for diseases like Nido and IBD you will have 48 hours from receiving an animal to send in a test sample. In order to act on this guarantee you will need to have your test kit before receiving your animal, your results are guaranteed so long as the kit was sent in within 48 hours due to the possibility of exposure to these diseases from other animals in your environment. This is why we can only guarantee these results for 48 hours vs the 14 day health guarantee.
We want our customers to have a good experience so we'll answer questions and direct you to good video's and advice to get you started with your new hatchling if you are a beginner.
