We are a family operated business specializing in selective breeding of ball pythons and large constrictors.
Store Policy
Payment plans available upon request. 25% nonrefundable deposit is required for anything $301 or more. 50% nonrefundable deposit for anything under $300. Deposits are nonrefundable and non transferable.
Payment plans may be terminated at sellers discretion if terms are not met. If this should happen, buyer will recieve a refund or credit minus the deposit and any fees such as goods and services charges.
25% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold any animal for local pickup and delivery
Refund policy: all refunds are at our discretion. In the event of a DOA, if a suitable replacement is not available a credit will be offered.
We accept Square, Cashapp, Venmo, money orders, Facebook pay, and cash.
100% health and sex guarantee. Animals are labeled to the best of our ability. If we are ever unsure we consult with other knowledgeable breeders. Hets are 100% guaranteed.
Shipping is additional unless otherwise stated. Shipping quotes will be based off zipcode and size of animal. Shipping is done mon-wed, temperature allowing. We have the right to hold off on shipping if conditions are not ideal. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by FedEx once the animal has left our possession.
Live arrival quaranteed under the following conditions:
1. Someone must be present to receive the package for home delivery. For hub pickup, the animal must be picked up within 4 hrs of being available unless otherwise discussed.
2. After receiving the buyer has 1hr to report any issues. We have the right to ask for pictures and videos in the event there is an issue.
3. If we feel a hub pickup is safer and the customer opts for home delivery we will not guarantee live arrival. This includes but is not limited to weather conditions and distance from customer to hub.
If any of these terms are not met then live arrival guarantee is void.
