We are a small scale breeding project that is located in Portland. What we have to offer is not only good pricing but ethical animal care as well. We keep all of our geckos separate in large, well-decorated tanks with access to lots of places to hide- and we take pride in not mass producing average geckos, we like to take our time, and it's worth it! All of our geckos are healthy and active.

Store Policy

SHIPPING- We do not ship in weather over 90 degrees, or under 35 degrees Fahrenheit. We ship via ship your reptiles FedEx priority overnight and we expect the buyer to always be present at the address upon the time of delivery. If the temperature is going to be over 75 degrees we request that the gecko be held at a local FedEx ship center in order to maintain the animal's safety. If the animal has been left at said ship center for over an hour the DOA will be voided- and remember, if you are at a residential address never leave the animal out in the sun or the cold! COVID-19 ACCOMMODATIONS: WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING TO HUBS AT THIS TIME AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO STOP SHIPPING AT ANY TIME.
DOA- in the case of DOA, the buyer will receive a full refund (shipping not included) or a gecko of equal value. Photos are required. The buyer must receive the gecko within a reasonable amount of time, if the gecko is left sitting at a shipping center for over one hour the DOA will be voided- for example, if your local store opens at 9 or 10, and you see the package has arrived but don't go over there until around noon, your DOA will have been voided. Don't leave the animal at the shipping center for prolonged periods of time, it causes stress and could even cause death. This DOA will also be voided If the buyer provides an incorrect shipping address, or if the buyer does not email us within 15 minutes of delivery at a residential address.
HEALTH GUARANTEE- We guarantee your gecko will be in good health for 5 days, after the adjustment period it is up to the buyer to keep the gecko healthy and safe. Message us IMMEDIATELY if you notice anything strange upon arrival or within those 5 days and exceptions can be made. We take pride in having happy and healthy geckos! This does not apply to geckos that swallow any choking hazards or have any issues related to new owner husbandry or poor husbandry practices. A veterinary autopsy is required to receive a full refund. If we are found to be responsible, we will compensate for the autopsy. If you void DOA terms you also void the health guarantee. If an animal is listed as having pores or having no pores, we cannot guarantee the sex of that animal.
PAYMENT- We receive payments through Zelle and Venmo. Once your animal is paid in full I will correspond with you to figure out the best shipping time. In the event that a buyer is to request a refund and the animal has yet to be shipped, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the animal minus shipping costs. This addendum does not apply to payment plans.
PAYMENT PLANS-
By sending the deposit amount, you have read and agreed to our payment plan terms.
We do offer payment plans on geckos priced more than 200 dollars USD. We require a mandatory non-refundable 100 dollar deposit and payment must be completed within 30 days of said deposit.
Upon confirmation of a deposit being received by us, the gecko(s) will officially be marked “On Hold”, and we will no longer accept offers to purchase the gecko(s). Once the total balance is satisfied, the gecko(s) will officially be marked “SOLD”, and shipment will be scheduled for the earliest available date, based on weather conditions, and the buyers availability to receive the package. Note we are only shipping to hubs during the COVID-19 Pandemic. If the total payment Is not satisfied by 11:59 pm PST on the 30th day, the gecko(s) will be removed from the hold status, and placed back to the available status. The buyer will be refunded the balance paid however we will retain the $100 non refundable deposit, and the buyer be barred from future payment plans with Belle’s Geckos. Payment plans are for buyer convenience, we put lots of time into the sales and logistics of listing these geckos, we ask that you be courteous and let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to complete payment.

AGE- We will not sell to those 18 and below without proof of parental consent.
AFTERCARE- Once you receive your gecko, just place them in their enclosure and let them be! shipping these little guys can be very stressful for them, let alone being in a new environment with all new surroundings, let them adjust for about a week or so before handling! Do not stress if they do not eat immediately, some geckos take longer to adjust. Please message us with any questions or concerns!
We reserve the right to ask for proof of proper care and husbandry practices prior to the purchase of a gecko.
