DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
I ship FedEx Certified Overnight Delivery within the contiguous United States. Shipping is a flat rate of $55.00 for one or two small animals in a single small box, typically 7 x 7 x 6 to 12 x 9 x 6. Larger animals or multiple animals that require a minimum box size of 12 x 12 x 10 or larger will see an increase in shipping costs to approximately $75 - $100, sometimes more. I will supply the actual shipping quotes/costs of all orders that exceed the $55.00 rate to the customer prior to shipping for review.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. However, you must sign for the package at time of delivery, immediately open the box, and note any challenges with FedEx at time of delivery; otherwise the guarantee is void. NOTE: I do not automatically insure all shipments – insurance is at my discretion and is meant to cover the reimbursement costs associated with an animal arriving DOA (your refund). However, if an animal arrives DOA and you follow the protocol outlined above, you will receive full reimbursement/refund regardless if the package is insured.

HEALTH GUARANTEE:
All animals are guaranteed healthy (of proper body weight and showing no physical signs of illness), eating prey as outlined in the ad, and properly sexed (if sex is listed). However, once an animal arrives at his/her new home, I cannot confirm if the new environment is suitable or control/monitor husbandry techniques. Customers are expected to have basic knowledge of what they are purchasing, and I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or accidents brought on by the customer. Please understand, live arrival of a healthy animal is as far as my guarantee can go. I am always available to provide information on my facility and how I care and feed my animals or to help you succeed with your new purchase.

PAYMENT:
I accept PayPal only - This is a quick, safe, and easy way to make a payment on an animal or product.

PAYMENT PLANS:
If you would like to hold an animal, a 20% nonrefundable deposit is required. payment plans can be done on most orders over $500.00. Payment plans can last up to 60 days unless we discussed otherwise. Payments must be made weekly or bi-weekly. Please be sure you intend to purchase the animal before entering a payment plan. When holding an animal, I will continue to feed it on its normal routine and continue to take care of it as if it were my own until shipped. Any payment made is non-refundable. A deposit is required to start a payment plan. If I am unable to supply the animal purchased, a full refund will be given.
