Here at Benjamin's Exotics, we specialize in breeding Pythons, North American Toads and other Exotic Frog species. We aim to produce the best quality color morphs possible, that will not only look stunning as babies but also fantastic as adults. Store Policy
All animals are guaranteed to be alive, healthy, and properly sexed upon arrival. If you are not 100% satisfied with your animal once it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible via email at [email protected].
We do not offer any returns on any live animal unless the animal was not as described on our end, an example would be that the animal in question is not the correct sex as described. We do this to ensure the safety of our collection from harmful pathogens like Nidovirus, Ranavirus, IBD, Chytrid Fungus, etc, as we have no way of knowing what an animal has been exposed to during it's time away from our facility.
For most domestic shipments we use FedEx Priority overnight service delivered to your door. The shipment will not be left at the door, and will require someone to be present to provide a signature.
We will only ship once weather permits, and only once we have contacted the customer and agreed on a date and time that the animal will arrive. If any of the shipping information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, or if there is no one on sight to provide a signature when the package arrives, our Live Animal Guarantee is completely VOID. When placing an order, please double and triple check all of the shipping information so we can do our best to make sure your animal arrives healthy and on time.
