About
Hi welcome to our zoo. My name is Chris. Together with my wife we keep many critters, but our love is with reptiles. I started my adventure about 27 years ago with the purchase of my first snake Corn Cob, a normal corn snake. Over the years I have kept many different reptiles. Corn snakes, king snakes, many types of lizards, and my favorite snakes, Boa Constrictors. Unfortunately I was not able to keep many Boas growing up(mom and dad were against it) but after my tour in the US Army I decided I wanted to get into breeding boas. I purchased a pair of het for Sharp strain Albino boas from Rich Ihle in 2001. In 2002 I met my wife, who is from New Zealand, and soon found out her love for animals was just like mine. She had never touched a snake before she came over to the US, but that soon changed! She fell in love with the snakes from the start. Since that time our collection has grown.

SHIPPING & HEALTH GUARANTEE
Our reptiles are guaranteed for 48 hours from receipt of delivery. We cannot guarantee for a longer period as once the reptile has left our hands, husbandry practices are out of our control. Animals will be shipped Monday - Wednesday via Shipyourreptiles.com to your address or to the nearest FedEx hub for pickup. Shipping will only be done when temperatures at our location and the buyers location are between 40f and 100f. This is to ensure the safety of the reptile. Buyer is responsible for paying actual shipping costs. You will be contacted with shipping info (tracking number & delivery date) the second we get the info ourselves.
Someone must be present to receive the box on the first delivery attempt. We cannot guarantee live delivery if the shipment is delayed. Please inspect all animals immediately upon receipt. Because the reptile is our main concern, we reserve the right to temporarily postpone shipping to areas of the country that may be experiencing extreme weather.
As a courtesy, we appreciate a quick note at that time to let us know you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a health issue with your animal, you must notify us within the first 8 hours via email or by phone/text. We will do our best to resolve the issue, whether it be sending you (we pay shipping) a replacement animal or if a replacement animal is not available, a full refund. No refunds will be given simply because you change your mind or you found a better deal. Sorry, no Buyers Remorse refunds.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept USPS money orders, or PayPal. We will not ship an animal without payment in full. If you choose to pay via money order, we will ship only when payment has cleared our bank. If you choose to use Paypal, a 3% fee will be added to total purchase.
