Store Policy
Payment plans are welcome on orders over $150. Geckos can be held for a 20% non refundable deposit & balance must be paid within the 30 days. Deposits are non refundable however they can be used towards credit. Shipping costs are not included in the posting price of geckos and must be calculated. For payment we take Paypal or if you are a local pickup, cash is okay.
We will be shipping Tuesdays and Wednesdays sending to your local hub from our hub through FedEx using shipyourreptiles once weather permits on both ends. I do my best to ensure that they are delivered from me to you the safest possible way.
In the case of a DOA, a credit will be issued for another gecko of equal value. We have never had a DOA but if this does occur, you have 1 hour from the time the gecko was delivered to send proof of passing, anything over 1 hour we are not responsible for. We are also not responsible for any dropped tails due to shipping as it is a huge possibility when shipping any gecko, though it is unlikely to happen! No refunds.
**Temperature Sexed geckos are not guaranteed to be a sex and are just estimates.
** Shipment and enclosure change is going to be stressful on the gecko and they need time to acclimate before their first feeding. Allow the animal to settle and do not handle them for the first 48 hours, feed them then after another day or so you can handle them.
Age requirement is 18 or older to purchase any animal. Each gecko is a part of our family until the day you welcome them into yours. Please feel free to message us with any questions you may have at all and thank you for checking out our geckos.
