Buyer must be 18 years or older.
Payments via Google Square invoicing. We apologize for the inconvenience but we no longer accept PayPal.
Inquiries and sales are taken in the order they are received. First come, first served.
Payment plans accepted with a 25% down, non refundable deposit, remaining balance due in 30 days, unless otherwise negotiated prior to sending deposit. Example, summer or winter holds due to shipping temps too high or too low. There is no additional cost for summer /winter holds.
Buyer pays all shipping fees. Any import permits into your state are your responsibility.
Shipping "Hold for pick up" through Ship your reptiles to your nearest Fed Ex authorized hub only...no exceptions. FedEx office, copy & print stores and Walgreens locations are not authorized locations. Packages sent out Tuesday and Wednesday only, temps must be within 40 to 80 degrees for two consecutive days. Temps in departing city, overnight hub and arriving areas all must be within 40 to 80 degrees. We offer holds for safe shipping temps with a non refundable 25% deposit.
Free shipping on orders over $1500, excluding wholesale orders.
We currently ship only the the lower 48 US states.
Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery, no exceptions. Photos will be required for all claims.
Tail loss can and does happen during shipping, we do not guarantee tails on arrival.
