Store Policy
Sending an Inquiry:
Please provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, zip code, and preferred FedEx location (if applicable). Please refrain from asking "Is he/she still available"? If the listing is up, the animal is still available. I completely understand customers who need more information/pictures of an animal before committing to a purchase, so don't hesitate to ask those types of questions.
Payment:
My preferred payment method is Venmo, however I do accept PayPal, and mailed checks made out to "Bidwell Reps". If none of these options work for you, please bring it up and we can figure something else out.
Payment Plans:
Plans are not available on every animal; however, the typical lengths are as follows
14 day plan for animals $0-$499
30 day plan for animals $500+
All payment plans require a non-refundable 20% down payment for the cost of the animal (NOT including shipping).
Shorter payment plans on more expensive animals are welcome!
Shipping:
We guarantee live arrival to the nearest FedEx hub via Priority Overnight on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We do NOT ship directly to the customers house for the safety of the animal. Animal prices do not include shipping, a shipping quote will be provided as soon as customer provides a zip code.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
I will not ship an animal unless I can guarantee it's safe journey. Daytime Highs must be between 35F and 85F. If animal is DOA, a detailed video within the first hour of unboxing is required to issue a refund for the cost of the animal (shipping not included). After the first hour I will assume everything went smoothly and the animal is under your care.
