Store Policy
Health: All animals are in excellent health and free of any health or care issues. All animals are feeding well and given appropriately sized meals.
Sex & Genetics: Sexed animals are based on the best method of identification of their sex. Genetics are based on the pairing from which the animal/s come from. All attempts are made to correctly represent all of the animals.
Shipping: BCR has been certified by FedEx to ship live reptiles. All Shipments will be FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery. A person must be present upon arrival of delivered animal/s to receive shipment. No shipment of animal/s will be allowed to be left alone without a person present to receive it.
All animals will only be shipped during appropriate weather conditions for shipping live reptiles. This includes from point of origin to planed destination and potential hubs.
BCR will not assume any liability for carrier mishaps, carrier delays, unfavorable weather conditions or recipient not present upon arrival of animal/s. All shipping charges/costs are non-refundable.
If any issues arise with an animal/s due to shipping, BCR will need to be notified via email with pictures within 30 minutes of delivery.
Payment: Payment can be made to [email protected] through the following options: Credit Card, Debit Card, Square, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App., Bank Certified Check (contact direct for additional information), or Bank Certified Money Order (contact direct for additional information), Cash.
Sale of any animal/s is not final until payment has been received in full and cleared the bank. No animal/s will be shipped until complete payment has been received in full and cleared the bank.
Payment plans are available on a case by case bases for purchase of $500.00 or more with an agreement by both BCR and the purchaser. This includes a non-refundable deposit of 25% or more depending on the cost of the animal/s and length of payment plan. Payment plans can be either a 30 day or 60 day term. Longer term payment plans may be available on higher priced animals.
Prices are subject to change without notices on all non-sold animals.
