About

I've been keeping and breeding various Australian reptiles for over twenty five years and have specifically been breeding Nephrurus since 1997. I'm also currently working with a number of Aussie skink species with a main focus on the pygmy spiny-tailed species of the Egernia genus.

Store Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE

1. PAYMENT - We accept bank deposits, PayPal, Zelle, and electronic transfers. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Any payment towards an order is an implied agreement to all the terms set forth herein and constitutes a good faith agreement of consent towards purchase. Please read all the terms and be in full acceptance prior to making payment.

2. SHIPPING - Shipping arrangements are scheduled once full payment is received and domestic shipments are generally via FedEx Overnight Express. All specifics pertaining to arrival will be discussed prior to shipment. Immediately after shipment booking, the customer will be contacted with a tracking number. Due to occasional unforeseen delays, it is important to verify the arrival time of your shipment once it is in route. For residential or commercial deliveries, we require a signature upon arrival of the shipment. Someone must be at the given address to sign for and accept the package on the first delivery attempt. Failure to do so nullifies any and all guarantees. For this and other safety related reasons, we recommend pick-up holds at a local FedEx Ship Center whenever possible. Upon receipt of the shipment, you must immediately open the shipment to insure against theft or accidental death. If a problem arises, please notify us immediately.

3. ANIMAL GUARANTEE - Live arrival is guaranteed when temperatures are between 40°F-85°F at the destination location at the time of delivery. All animals will be healthy (to the best of our knowledge), feeding, and correctly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. If accurate sexing is not possible, all customers will be notified prior to payment. All animals are 100% guaranteed to the customers liking. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and we will gladly replace the animal or refund your money. In the event of a refund request, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely ship the animal(s) back to us via FedEx Priority Overnight. Once the returned animal(s) arrives, a refund will be processed.

4. PAYMENT PLANS - We will consider payment plans for orders above $500. Most plans are thirty day plans, but, on larger orders, we will consider plans up to sixty days. All payment plan deposits, and subsequent payments, are non-refundable. If a plan is not paid in full by the agreed upon expiration date, any balance paid can be used as credit toward another purchase. On payment plans, our 100% satisfaction guarantee is valid for credit only. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we must be notified immediately and a credit in the full amount of your purchase will be given toward another purchase upon return receipt of your order.

Effective January 15, 2021, MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
