Store Policy
Here at Bigger Better Reptiles, we pride ourselves on producing quality animals along with having outstanding customer service. We do ask that you read our store policies in its entirety and understand the guidelines. Our policies protect our customers as well as ourselves, and we are happy to answer any questions about the policies in place!
We ship all animals to the nearest FedEx hub to our customer that accepts live animals. All animals have a live arrival guarantee as well as a 1-week (7 days) health guarantee which ensures a full refund if the animal dies within that time frame. Death due to husbandry or negligence are not eligible for refunds. Shipping requests to personal residences will waive live arrival guarantee as well as health guarantee. We charge sales tax on all sales, to follow local and federal tax regulations.
We do allow payment plans with the following guidelines:
There is a mandatory 20% NONREFUNDABLE deposit that must be placed to put the animal on hold. Failure to follow through with full payment by the required date, the deposit will be forfeited, and the animal become eligible for sale to the public.
Our payment plans are based on price:
• Animals under $1,000 can be held for up to 30 days.
• For animals under $3,000 can be held for up to 60 days.
• For animals over $3,000, message us for details on acceptable payment plan options.
All buyers must be 18 and older or have proof of parental permission before buying. We do reserve the right to refuse to sell to any buyer for any reason. By purchasing an animal from us, you are agreeing to these terms and policies.
