Store Policy
Payment in full required prior to shipment. No checks; cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle accepted. Individual animals may be held for up to 14 days with a non-refundable 25% deposit. All sales are final; no returns outside those stipulated in Default Store Policy.
We ship Monday through Wednesday FedEx Priority Overnight using Ship Your Reptiles (SYR). All shipping quotes are estimates until a label is created; unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, buyer pays actual cost of shipping as determined by SYR.
