About
Who We Are & What Makes Us Different:
We are two Wildlife biologists who love sharing our passion for reptiles. We have been keeping reptiles most of our lives and have decided to breed as a hobby. We have all of our frogs and geckos in bioactive terrariums, this includes the babies you see up for sale! We transition our baby geckos to a bioactive set up once they reach around 4 grams and we know they are eating well and thriving (if you would like to see photos of our baby crested gecko set ups check out our instagram). All of our geckos are supplied a mixture of Repashy & Pangea every night and offered insects (Dubias, crickets, or meal worms) 2 times per week.
Breeding Projects/What's To Come:
Right now we are only selling crested geckos but more is on its way! Currently we are working on a breeding project with Western Hognose snakes and we have Gargoyle geckos that will be ready to breed within the year! Store Policy
COVID 19 SHIPPING: We will ONLY be shipping on TUESDAYS and WEDNESDAYS during the pandemic and ONLY to a FEDEX HUB. Sorry if this is inconvenient but it is for the safety of the animals.
Shipping
Shipping price varies per state and ranges from $40-$75.
We ship to anyone within the continental US.
We will not ship in extreme weather conditions (lowest 37* highest 85*)
We require a photo of the animal within 30 minutes upon acceptance of the package.
Holds
A Hold is considered to be 7 days or longer that we keep your gecko.
All Holds on geckos will require a 25% nonrefundable deposit. This deposit is just the cost of the gecko and does not include the shipping.
If the tail drops while on hold the 25% is still non refundable.
Pick Up
We will do local pickup in a public setting.
Payment
We use Paypal, friends and family only any extra charges are required to be payed by the buyer to ensure full payment, ([email protected]) and Venmo (@biomesandbotanicals) as our payment options.
Dead on Arrival
PHOTO DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED
We require a photo of the animal within 30 minutes upon acceptance of the package.
If the package is sent to your home address and is delayed due to you not being home to accept it there will be no refund. You are responsible for being home at the agreed time and date to accept the package.
If the package is not picked up by the buyer at the Fedex Hub within 2 hours of its arrival there will be no refund.
If due to a delay in shipping you will be refunded the price of the gecko.
Tail Drop
We are required to inform you if your geckos tail drops before we ship.
If tail drops during shipping there will be no refund.
If you do not want a gecko anymore due to a tail drop we will give a 100% refund (if your gecko is not on hold).
If your gecko is on hold and the tail drops you can back out but the 25% deposit is non refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason.
