Shipping temps MUST be 40F-85F for LAG. All shipments sent to a hub must be picked up within 1 hour of arrival. If shipment is delivered to a home the package must be grabbed as soon as the package is delivered. For any issues with DOA’S clear well-lit photos must be sent within one hour of delivery time.
