the snake didn't have a heating pack or anything and i know that its not too cold but i pulled him out of the box and he wasn't moving orr breathing really and i thought he had died. it was still packaged well though! he perked up after a minute! - Apr. 08, 2020
rodneyblack replied: I’m glad he made it safely! Just remember the day he was shipped was above 80 degrees at both locations including the hub. Shipping protocol calls for there to be no heat packs with those temps. Glad he’s feeding and frozen thawed nonetheless! Enjoy! - Apr. 08, 2020
