Blackpool Reptiles & Aquatics LTD has been trading since September 2018 after our previous shop The Reptile Room closed.
The Reptile room was running for around 12 years, starting as a small shop, becoming good friends with many of our customers over the last few years we have built a special trust with them that has enabled us to help them take their interest further… with the addition of being able to source animals for people which may not be on our stock list.
Our new shop has been designed by us following new Animal Welfare guidelines for pet shops and we are proud to have received the highest rating possible for our new store. Blackpool Reptiles & Aquatics is home to some of the most exciting reptiles in the country, stocking livestock which is unavailable to buy elsewhere, and displaying 100’s of species of Reptile and Aquatic Livestock.

We breed a large amount of our own livestock including Reticulated Pythons, Royal Pythons, Corn Snakes, Crested Geckos, Leopard Geckos, Bearded Dragons, Chameleons and more... We specialise in breeding Mainland, Dwarf and Super Dwarf Reticulated Pythons and Royal Pythons and stock many morphs which are unavailable elsewhere.
Store Policy
Livestock Courier:
All of our livestock requires delivery via a courier service. You may wish to enquire about a courier service yourself, which is fine if you just let us know when the courier is due to collect the animal from us. We use a reputable external courier service, details of which are below. On purchasing livestock from us you can ask us to book the courier for you, or if you wish you can book the courier yourself.
Courier is usually available every 2 weeks. Please note: We cannot book an exact time and date of your choosing as the courier has many bookings and has to plan his route. You may have to wait a maximum of 3 weeks for the courier to complete your delivery depending on his existing bookings and runs.
Livestock Guarantee:
Blackpool Reptiles offer a 48-hour guarantee on all livestock.
As an industry standard, all our livestock is guaranteed for 48 hours from the date and time of purchase. No refunds or returns will be accepted after this time.
All customer details from the paying customer must be recorded with any animal sale. Animals will only be sold to those over 18 years of age. If the correct paying customer details are not taken when purchasing livestock, we will not be able to process any refund or return. Customer details must be taken from the individual person purchasing not the family member or friend- this is a legal requirement.
All our livestock is subject to a quarantine period where it is housed separately and inspected by members of our management team before going on general sale. This enables us to ensure that only the best quality, healthiest livestock reaches our customers. However, in the unlikely event that there are any health problems following the purchase of an animal this must be reported to us within the 48-hour guarantee period otherwise refunds and returns can not be processed.
