Live Animal Purchase Policies:
The following policies applies to our live animals sells and does NOT our products.
All our animals are described and pictured to the best of our abilities on a sales post to include any defects (nips, missing toenail, ect.) and genetics. Color of the animal can vary based on lighting, stress and quality of the camera.
Gender is not guaranteed under the age of 6 months. However, we strive to do our best to make this determination.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
This guarantee only applies if you are present and receive the animal at the time of the delivery. If you are not present for delivery, this voids our live arrival guarantee. We ship all live animals through Reptiles2You, and will be shipped as an overnight delivery. If you are unable to be present for delivery, we can ship to a FEDEX customer center for you to pick up. Temperatures should not exceed 90 degrees or fall below 30 at the arrival destination for the animals.
We will not ship during inclement weather!
Should there be a delivery mishap, you must provide a photo of the damaged box and/or dead animal/ animals inside the original shipping container. Dead on arrival animals must not be removed from the original containers and photos must be sent within 30 minutes of the delivery time stamp. Refunds will only be issued for the original purchase of the animal or a replacement animal will be sent at no additional cost (if in stock).
Health Guarantee:
We offer a 14-day health guarantee for all our animals, so long as proper husbandry is being followed. Not adhering to proper husbandry voids your health guarantee. This 14-day period will allow time for the animal to properly adjust to its new home. This being a live animal and once leaving our hands we have no control as to how they are cared for, we require new owners to communicate with us if the animal is not settling in well. It is OUR responsibility to answer any questions or concerns you may have. It is YOUR responsibility to notify us immediately. Please do not wait a week, reptiles (especially babies) can go downhill very fast and it is usually resolved with a minor change in its habitat.
Do not seek the advice of another person who is not a vet, forum advice, or search engine before contacting us. Not adhering to this will void your health guarantee.
If you do not communicate with us immediately, we are not responsible for the animal's health.
Happiness Guarantee:
Being in the reptile-keeping hobby, we have ordered many reptiles over the years. Excited for their arrival, we have opened the box to disappointment. Whether it was skinny, dehydrated, sickly, or even the colors misrepresented, we know what it is like to have this happen.
Consequently, if you order an animal from us and the big day comes and you are disappointed FOR ANY REASON, call us and tell us immediately that you aren’t happy with what you received and that you would like to return the animal. We will refund your payment upon receiving the animal. Seriously. This applies immediately after bringing your animal home! If you wait a week and decide you do not want your new pet, this voids your happiness guarantee. We will require you to ship the animal back to us at your expense.
Cancellation of Purchase:
In the event of a cancelled purchase on the buyers end that has nothing to do with the seller, the buyer will have one of two options:
A 25% restock fee that is lost to the buyer and is taken out of the full purchase price of the order and the remaining refund of 75% will be issued as a store credit
OR
A 25% restock fee that is lost to the buyer and is taken out of the full purchase price of the order and the remaining refund of 75% will be issued
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
