Store Policy
Reach out to bundle multiple orders to save on shipping. I will send an itemized invoice to the provided email. Tracking will be sent to this email as well. Payment in full must be made prior to shipping. Shipping only to the lower 48 states, and shipping cost is not included in the cost of the animal. Live shipments are overnight only for the wellbeing of the animal. Shipping is only done when temperature is appropriate for safe transit and arrival of the animal. Local pickups may also be arranged by expos such as the Midwest Reptile Expo in Indianapolis, IN or direct communication. Full payment must be received to hold the animal, despite weather holds. All shipments are sent in insulated packaging with heat/cold packs where applicable. If the animal is not as advertised (Dead on arrival) or other mistake, buyer most notify within an hour of receiving the package. I will work with the buyer to remedy any issues that may occur. You will receive a healthy, high quality animal, that will thrive with proper care and husbandry.
